Absolutely. If I bring a bottle of vino can I put it in one of your fridges, chillers or coolers in the Merc?  Cool

hi there

just a wee update on the harewood house meeting.

harewood house have (just about) updated their website. it's back to the normal 1 day event on the Sunday (19/6/11).

unfortunately i'm 95% certain that i can't make it this year. i'm down in Yorkshire the following week.

does someone else want to organise it?
all you do it collect the money (still £5 + £1 postage, etc), print out the pdf file from the harewood house site, etc and post out the tickets to the members that have paid when you get them.

let me know if anyone wants to do it.

regards
andrew

I'll do it, however I'm sure its £20 each? Wink

Last date for receipt of entries is Friday 10th June 2011

So can we set a deadline for say the Friday before? 3rd June

Club entries  £5.00 per vehicle for the first 10, additional vehicles at £1.25 each

2 adults and upto 3 children admitted per car entry

Gazebo Pitch = £5 but if we have over ten we can just book a couple more cars for £1.25 and use that space Grin

p.s. Snoopy/Simmo I see there is face painting available! Grin

Snoopy asks  IS THERE A CRECHE FOR THE YOUNGER ONES AS WELL?
