spares or repairable ultima estate

Gear box has just failed on my 1995 2.0 16v ultma auto estate 11 months test. any offers for repair/parts or is worth repairing? It has autogas conversion -Prinz injector type,surely worth something?

i do have a 2.0 reconditioned auto box, that has only done about 2,000 miles, located in kent, if your interested in the gearbox send me a pm, or if you wish to part with your car as it is, send me a pm, either way, your scorpio is definatley worth repairing.
