Twin Turbo, yes it will fit in a estate, (ive collected a couple of engines, using a trailer though) but i'd recomend using your trailer, the weight of these units is unbelieveable, and they arnt that easy to manhandle, and if using a block and tackle or simlar, then the tailgate will make it akward to then push into the car with out damaging the tailgate or surrounding boot trim just my thoughts on the matter although it looks like im a bit late posting this ... matt p.s. bertie, where abouts are you? im in b'ham

He's in Sunderland ( Newcastle ( the real one!! )). My trailer is 5M long and weighs a rather fule unfreindly 350KG~~ So if I don't have to use it I wont. I have a crane, he has a crane... Booot here we come... Will have to put some planks down to save the boot floor though.. TT

Simon have you still got the Auto box? How about the matching starter did TT take that with the engine? Looking for flex plate(Flywheel + ring gear) + matching starter. Was it quiet to start before everything was removed? Don't really want the whole auto box though. Guy.
