R Reg 2.3 16v auto Ultima saloon

Went to see a chap today who is breaking a dark green R reg 2.3 16v auto Ultima saloon - seems the tinworm has eaten the sills but amazingly the rear wheel arches are OK ! Might even be worth cutting them out to use as repair panels ?
Car is pretty much complete apart from the facelift front end - bumper, headlights and grille ( mine now ! ).
Car has leather trim, a full set of good condition 12-spoke alloys with reasonable tyres, inlet manifold and cylinder head still there and many other bits too which someone my be after.
The chap is called Jon, he's from Dartford in Kent, car is near Maidstone in Kent - PM me if you want his contact details.
