hi its easier convertin the 2.0l's to manual as you only need the 2.0l manual box, which will bolt straight on, may be easier to find a non running manual and put your engine in it

Hmm.. 2.9 Converted to manual.. On a sierra or granada you would use a 4x4 front casing on a 2wd box. But since the Scorpio uses a hydrualic clutch the 4x4 front casing won't work easily. Front casing swap requires some special tools. Now you could probably use a Granada MK3 pedal box and convert to cable clutch. TT

Now thats interesting TT. So a 4x4 front casing on the diesel box and use the granada pedals therefore being able to use the cable clutch? I'm nearly ready to take the plunge with this!!
