RDS 7000 & CD Multichanger for sale

Hi guys,
I have for sale an RDS 7000 head unit, CD multichanger, plus the wiring loom for a Scorpio for sale. Good working order, originally bought as a spare from a member on here.
£50 for the lot, postage at cost.
A few years ago I used to be a keen member of the mailing list (not so much on the forum), so I'd prefer it to go to a good home on here rather than eBay. OBD-2 would have been a complete mystery to me but for this place! (well, it still is for the main part). Anyway, pleased to see the forum is still going strong.

Ha ha, yes that's me! (Philbin, but close enough) Great to see some of the old faces are still owners.
Delighted to hear P268 (I think?) is still alive! What a great car that was, I miss it. Hope it's been ok.
Funnily enough, MrsP and I took a brand new Merc CLS for an extended test drive a couple of weeks ago. We went for a fairly long drive, probably did 100 miles. When I took it back to the dealer, I asked her what she thought of it. Bearing in mind this car was the best part of £55K, she said "Not as comfortable as the old Scorpio", which made me smile.
Whenever I look at new cars I'm still amazed at the level of equipment that came on that '97 24v Ultima. (The nearside mirror didn't even dip for reversing in that Merc). What an engine, what a car, it's a real shame Ford don't still make them. If I had the space I'd probably buy an old one just as a hobby, but don't tell the wife!

Yep its been fine, been sorned a couple of years now but still complete and running.
I fitted the 4.27 diff to it and drove it for a while 
Only problems I had with it was the coolant hose that runs through the head blowing and a ABS light due to a damaged loom
