M Reg Scorpio Estate Parts or Repair

My M Reg Ultima Estate 2.0L Manual died a short while back and it is lying here taking up space.
The 2.0L engine gave up and this is the main cause of its demise. If someone had an engine to replace the dead one it would make a good car as it had virtually no faults while it was going.
It is Aubergine (purple) with black leather seating. The inside is in very good condition and the outside has all the dents and dings that one would expect from a 16 year-old car.
I will sell the car as is or I will break it if there is enough interest. I am open to offers but keep in mind that the car is in Northern Ireland and if I take it to the recycling yard I can get £200+ for it.
