PJ Davis, I have both heated seat switches and they are good condition. would you prefer collection or postage? £10+ postage for both Matt as you have already expressed interest in them you have first refusal on the doors, same with the wing. I will ask that you help remove the wing as I have no idea how to do so without damage. Cheers

Another Update, I have also decided to sell the Differential off the car. Was Told that it was a fairly new diff in the car but have no paperwork. The code off the diff is: 85GG-4033-BA with the code under the ford logo being: 004-B Seems to be about 3.6:1 Ratio and when you turn the output shaft on one side the other side rotates in the opposite direction sujesting a non LSD. I have heard this Diff running and it was silent, there is no drips or misting of oil on the casing and the tripods were properly greased. This part is collection only I am affraid. Thanks.

Cheers Simmo, yeah that looks like the one as it came out of a 1995 Scorpio cosworth. Also the glove box will be sold with the full dashboard, The dash still has the passenger airbag fitted.

Also have, Full set of seatbelts, Good condition Pair of wiper stalks with ok blades, Wiper motor, full working order, Main fuse box, Unknown condition, was thought to be the cause of the electrical problems but when swapped with another nothing changed. Cover was cracked and now fully broken. As with everything Either ask about prices or make me an offer. I will try and respond to your queries as quickly as I can and will make every effort to ensure easy collection or prompt postage of items. Thanks for looking

Hi Ghia15 I am looking for an Air Con Evaporator Temperature Sensor/Switch. The electrician working on my car says that the sensor is contained within a piece of piping that connects to the evaporator. When he bypassed the sensor, the air con ran cold so he needs to replace this sensor. Please let me know if you have this part available. Cheers Phil

I will have a look for thr part you are asking about. Not really sure what it looks like or where it is though. Aircon did run cold so believe the sensor is in good working order. Will let you know within the next couple of days as will not be able to look at the car until tomorrow. Cheers

Sorry to be a while replying, the electrician has not been there for a few days. I eventually got to talk to him on the phone and he described it as a section of pipe that is located just under the windscreen and accessible from under the bonnet, although a bit fiddly. He said to cut the pipe outside the connections so that he could reassemble the complete pipe section that contains the sensor. He also said that it is dangerous to do this without first draining the system of gas. I had a look at the weekend but can't figure out exactly which part he means. There is a thick pipe that disappears under the windscreen, but there are no connectors on that pipe. I don't know what to suggest. I'll have to go back to the guy and get him to show me exactly which pipe he means. Sorry Phil

| IF it's the de-ice switch mentioned by Rodders the probe just pulls out, you don't need to drain the system as it's external. The de-ice switch connections can be seen here, the wires to the probe are to the left of the picture it just pushes into the evaporator housing. Whilst it measures the core temperature of the evaporator it's not actually within the pressurised system & can be pulled out: Don't cut any wires, it can be disconnected & removed as a unit.

Thanks Tompion, that's exactly the part. I managed to see the auto electrician who originally identified the fault and he showed me the De Ice Switch that you have provided a picture of. Ghia15 - do you have this part as shown in the previous post? If so how much do you want for it? Many thanks Phil
