I thought that the headlamps had a lever inside to set them for lefthand drive. I will check a spare one. On page 16 of the hand book it says they can be set for left or right hand drive, consult your for dealer.

a900one, you are correct, Scorpio's have a lever. I often use mine for driving in France. Maybe d4jna is talking about a Granada which were known as Scorpios in Europe.

The lever changes it from asymmetric to symmetric pattern for occasional continental driving (a flat cut off instead of the V shape). To get an MOT equivalent when living in say France you should have headlights with the opposite asymmetric pattern – the V rises on the right pavement instead of the left.
