Found a wood effect finish automatic shift selector in my spares which I bought ages ago but never got around to fitting to my Scorpio. Now Scorpio-less so no longer needed. £15 + postage Probably a lot less than what I paid for it Any interest let me know.

The wood effect gear levers came from the Mondeo Ghias as I recall... had one on a couple of mine in years gone by

| Correct. when I used to own my favoured car, it had one on it, and still has I think. A rare item now, and hardly ever seen on a Scorpio.

In the 6 months I've been looking, I've only found one on ebay. They were asking £124 for the whole shifter assembly, a little ambitious...

There's a scrappy around Carlisle, (not sure where, I just happened to pass it, has an XJS Cabrio' near the entrance) He had as of the middle of last year, two mondeo's with the wooden shifter. It ought to be noted, they are not a direct fit. You need to shorten the Mondeo one.
