Desperately looking for fog-lamp cover

Hi folks,

This morning I noticed that the cover of the fog-lamp on the left side (from the driver's point of view) is broken (to get what I mean, take a look at http://madkiss.org/scorpio.jpg -- the part with the circle around it). I called the local car dealer, who told me that I will not get the cover of the lamp (the thing that you can see from the outside) but that I would either have to get a new lamp or just replace the whole bumper. Given that the lamp is still okay, and that the bumper was just replaced two months ago (it met a tree, sigh ...), I wonder what the easiest way for getting such a fog-lamp cover is. Any hints?

this posting is doing my head in. If you buy a brand new bumper it would not come with fog lights it would come with nothing and would need three coats of paint, in a heat oven, because they are doing mine now. All colour coded and lacquer.
To get the old unit out in order to put in a new light, all you have to do, is get a sledge -hammer, and belt the front of lamp and the light will pop out the back. its only lugs on the back.
Perpaps it would be best to put on a glove and use the plam of your hand to bump the light out.
I mean you better be a good aimer, or you could smash your bumper.

i was thinking afterwards. that's why the person was suggesting you needed a new bumper, as well as a new light unit in case you missed your aim.
Why don't some of you that have been on this site for a long time, ask who runs it, to start a joke page.
Because I could fill it for some years to come.
I mean I got enough materiel about Ford Main Dealers to last that long.
One day there is going to be someone who works for a Ford Main Dealer on this site, and I will get a earful.

the one in coventry is the pits. but of course there are some real nice and good trademen working there. its mainly the directors and the top brass that are rotten rather than the chap doing the graft on the shop floor.
If anyone lives that way there is a reasonable one in Stratford-upon-Avon, its called Ardens Garage
