Chances of finding one are pretty small but they are quite easy to make - it's just a bar that fits into the starter motor hole (after removing the starter motor) and jams the flywheel. With a bit of ingenuity you can knock something up with a bit of steel plate and a welder - bolt it in using the starter motor bolts and ensure that it engages and locks with a flywheel tooth.- that's what most non-franchised garages use I believe.
