LOOKS LIKE THIS IS THE 2.3'S VERSION OF A 24 V'S BALLOONING RAD.!!! ............ ANYWAY,LOOKS LIKE MINE HAS A CRACK NOW AS WELL,SO AM PREPARED TO BUY A NEW ONE NOT UNLESS ANYONE HAS A NEW/PRACTICALLY NEW ONE HANGING AROUND FORD WANT ABOUT £150.00 (ISH) FOR A NEW ONE I AM PREPARED TO PAY GOOD MONEY FOR AN A1 SECOND HAND ONE,BUT MUST BE A1....... TIA..................

with pleasure paul.... ,just seems easier to replace the manifold itself,than repair the "cracks" (why plastic )............ anyway will keep you informed,but this has now dropped to about 10th place on a long list of dilemmas i have at the moment ,but suprise suprise the only 1 with the car.. PS..anybody know where the telephone code 01721 is ?

Showing as 1024327 and a cost with VAT of around £247.00! Gaskets are: 1019046 (4 needed) at a cost of £4.30 each ish! and 1019057 (1 needed) at a cost of £5.80 ish. The air bypass valve gasket is 7090339 (1 needed) £1.40. New bolts are 6202904 and cost £0.35 each (4 needed) Hope this helps Baz
