Anyone got a rear seat from a facelift model ??

Hi, does anyone know of a facelift model being broken, or in a scrapyard ? Or has anyone got a rear seat from a facelift model that they want to sell? All I want is the 3 point fixing/retractable centre seatbelt. I have 3 kids and just want the same seat belts for all of them. (no favouritism here!) Anyway, I'm not bothered if it is leather, cloth or what colour it is (I know it would look a bit odd, but I'll live with it)I would just like to track one down. I would appreciate any information, tips, advice or help you could give me. Thanks, John

Hi John, the belt attaches to the shelf and not the seat on facelift models.

Sorry for not clarifying that folks. I am looking for the estate rear seat. I am wondering if I could just take the seat apart and fit the retractable unit inside. It might need a bit of drilling/cutting etc. but I'm sure I could handle that. Might be easier to try and track down a facelift rear seat though?! I'm not sure which way to jump? Any thoughts/comments from you guys are appreciated. John

john.... i guess the seats are about as rare as the front bumper .... i guess the modification could be done, but personally i would try to hold out for the seat back as anything that involves "adapting" seat belts and air bags etc.might compromise safety....

750T.John. I saw an estate rear seat with the centre seat belt located in the backrest in black leather(Raven?) at Bridges Breakers,A23 Crawley,West Sussex,on Monday 28/11. They are on 01293/523684. Hope this helps.
