My brother-in-law has a faulty electric window switch cluster and I wondered if anyone on here can help in locating a new one? It's a 1993 Sierra estate 2.0i Ghia. The window switch cluster has a group of four electric window switches controlling both front and rear windows and is fitted in the centre console (just below gear stick). Thanks

They are not the same as the ones in my 1995 Scorpio Ultima. Switches are actually in a large black plastic block so you can't change the switches individually.

pull the switch apart and check the little white spacers under the tumblers hav'nt melted. this stops the switch making a contact. if its only one window, eg drivers. swop them round with one of the back one's. another problem is they go down but won't come up which happened to mine. this was found to be melted contact spacers

DJ. I might be able to help you. Somewhere I have got one. It also has the rear window isolator switch in the middle too. Will have a look in the garage when it is light. I also know that my mate has a Ghia in his scrappie! Baz

Hi HowieD, Did not know until today, but if you have a unit that would be great. Let me know what you want for it
