BOBTHEYOB HuhHuh surly not !
I want a full set of four please, as for how they come out I will find out an get back to you. I want them for my Sierra XR4X4 as they look really on my Scorpio Cossie and the self adhesive ones on the Sierra are no longer available and look crap anyway. Ive just put a pair of new sills on the Sierra and I don't want to scratch the new paintwork, ( I like to fit new sills properly so you can't tell it's been done )....sorry to drone on ....Kimi....

It would appear that they are held in place by double sided tape, the best way to remove them is to warm them with a heatgun/hairdrier and gently ease them off with a widebladed scraper.Once they start to lift keep applying heat and pulling/lifting them up.
The other way is to use a 1.50 mm cutting disc in an angle grinder to cut the sill out with the plates still attached and I'll remove them [ only possible if you are scrapping the car.]
I'm in Sheffield where are you ? ....Kimi....
