Door lock switch and audio remote stalk

Would anyone have one of the white plastic switches that fit round the door lock barrel or an audio steering column remote stalk available?

OK, I've got the door lock switch on the way from a Ford dealer. But I'm still looking for the remote audio steering column stalk, if anyone's got one available.

Not to collect, as I'm down south in Wiltshire. But if you'd be prepared to wrap it and post it, I'd pay postage. How much would you want for the stalk?
