Has anyone got an ICV for a 2.0 16v please?
I have got one off another model that fits but the wiring plug is incompatible. I suspect that that may be the only difference from the proper one so if anyone has got one with 2x10mm bolt fixing - hole centres 50mm/2in. apart, I am willing to give it a try ( but would need the wiring plug + a couple of  inches of lead to go with it.)
This is my last throw of the dice to try and avoid a perfectly good motor (except it doesn't run!) biting the dust  Cry  so any help gratefully received.
Thanks in anticipation.      Pat.   Smiley

Think so Pat, pm me your address and if i have one i'll post it off to you.
I think the 2.3 is the same part but with the different wires as you said, although i think it can be fitted if you play around with it

Stuart, the 2.0ltr IACV has a straight connection on to the the unit. The 2.3 has one at right angles, pointing upwards,  so the connector will struggle to reach. They have totally different part numbers and 'ports' BUT it has been said on here that either will work!.  Huh.

Cheers chaps.
Stuart - PM sent. Many thanks.
Yes, the one FPUK supplied was the right angled one. It was the same plug but the wiring only reached with an unnatural stretch.
The s/h one I have at the moment is a straight barrel but different plug. I am not even sure it is off a Scorpio.
I know I could order a new correct one but I have already had a new wiring harness on which it has not even run on yet. Not even being sure that the ICV is the problem, I must draw the line somewhere because with the Scorp you wonder what's next!
The one I have recently sold broke down with new unrelated faults 3 times in its first 4 trips!  Embarassed
