I have removed the inlet manifolds to allow me access to the thermostat bypas hose which was leaking on my cossie and found that a small plastic T was broken, now I'm getting all my parts from fordparts.co.uk but it would appear that if I want to get one of these from them it comes with all the hosing as well and will cost £34 + the dreaded can anybody help me out here, I am going to try and source something tomorrow but not sure how I'll get on, here's the pic of the offender: - PS it's got 4-6-4 stamped on one side - presumably the size of the pipes 4mm-6mm-4mm, as one leg is larger than the other 2

Hi Bizzay I have seen others on here after this little t piece. A possibility is to go to a plumbers merchants, a caravan shop or a ships chandlers, they may have a similar thing (presuming it is just a strieght through elbow) best bet most likely is the plumbers merchants, ie: 8 or 10mm copper.... Just a thought, hope you sort it... post results to inform others. edit.... just noticed the 4 6 4 could mean 4mm 6mm 4mm. Hmmm, if you get stuck let me know, i could make you one.... pete

Try a Pet shop where they sell air pumps and T peices for the air lines they use with tanks . They usually stock various sizes Quick search revealed THIS look at bottom of page.
