Part Number 7334646 - that horrible one that goes from the thermostat up through the head casting and connect between the V of the engine & 2x 1006844 inlet manifold gaskets, none are available from Fords so has anyone any suggestions ??

bizzay. The gaskets are simple to make, obtain a suitable material, lay it on the manifold and tap around with a light hammer, trim up with scissors. The hose was still available recently. It has differing end diameters as you may have realised, and would be tricky, but not impossible to replicate. GOZZ.
