hi there this can be made to fit. ebay you just need to swap over the brass work from your old manifold. btw, it IS for a 2.3. they keep putting it up as a 2.0 for some reason. hth

hi there all the sensors on the scorpio fit into brass fittings. the galaxy doesn't use the same 'holes' or the thermostat housing, so you need swap over all the fixtures. have a look at these photos on my muliply site. http://fordscorpio.multiply.com/photos/album/4/2.3_plastic_manifold if you can't view them, just apply to join and i'll ok it. hth

hi there it's not as hard as it may seem. there's a few of us that have done it. just use some quicksteel to fix the brass work in. hth

hi there i should add that the galaxy one will be better than a 2nd hand scorpio one because the thermostat housing hasn't been used. we know the scorpio manifold has a known issue with this part. hth

There is a thread on this site somewhere - I think jonnycab has done the conversion ? £50 is a good price for the inlet manifold - and they don't seem to come up for sale very often, grab it while you can.

Star sign is Scorpio ! Sierra XR4i's are great...especially when fitted with 4WD
