Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but they are almost impossible to remove without wrecking them !
Easier to change the complete hub assembly.  Angry

Not the news you want to hear just after replacing a wheel bearing but i'm with Mike, change the complete hub.
(or buy a new one but they are silly money)

I've tried to get them out time and time again, managed it only twice after lots of fiddling and WD40.

How on earth are you meant to change the front wheel bearings without destroying the ABS sensor?

never done it myself but read a dozen times on the polish forum that people with a bit of struggle managed to do that successfully without damaging anything. so it must be possible...

We were trying to just gently twist it side to side (with a bit of help from duck oil) and the top just pulled off, leaving the magnet and the cylinder still in the bore.  We then just punched what was left out.

And here I was happy that I was getting some value out of my hydraulic press that I've hardly ever used Sad

What is the sensor that you see right behind the bearing housing rear then? When detached it is like a metal sugar cube with a wire on it (removed it for a while in order to flame a seized caliper mount bolt from the bearing housing). Is it for the TC?
