URGENT - Early Face lift Passenger Hlamp washer

Hi,
I've just found out at Fords only have one kind of headlamp washer lift in stock and it's not my version. I am looking for a passenger side early facelift headlamp washer before my car goes in to have the bumper repaired next week.
The washer cover has one corner cut off and is bent from one corner to the middle of another face. The car was registered in March 1998.
