I have repaired a couple of sections but it must be easier off the car but I need the car every day so repairing a spare one off the car would be a better choice. It may even cure some problems as I have read so much about the failings/problems of the looms.   Lee

Could be a cure for any problem but i would like to educate myself as well. At least if it was renewed it would eliminate something that would potentially go wrong. It is the route of all that can go wrong.  Lee

Hi Stuart, Dont know how to do pictures but follow this.  Go to home page then onto "Fault Finder'. Go down to 'Starts but poor running'. Look at 'Missing at part throttle' and click on 'Engine loom'.  Second picture. It's the middle arrow. Question, is the loom for the 2.3 the same as the 2.0  Huh This is the extra cabling I'm talking about   Lee
