Have you removed the old glass Steve?
I've never done it, I sent a quarter glass to someone before and they asked me just to cut round it as it was fiddly removing it from the bodywork, i think there are a couple of bolts on the inside that are bonded to the glass then the rest of it is rubbered to the body
