Hi Would anyone out there have an exhaust manifold for my 95 2.0L 16v DOHC. I have just discovered a rather large crack in mine. Tom

Tom, the 2.3 16v has the same manifold, so dont just look for a 2.0 part, you can have them welded fairly cheaply or do it your self if you have welder

| I have both a stick and MIG (no gas at the moment). Do I need cast iron welding rods? Tom

yeah you'll need cast rods and you will have to pre heat the area before welding or the thermal shock will crack it further

| I don't know what they weigh and as I'm in N.Ireland and carriage to here can be expensive. I have weighed another manifold that I have here and it worked out at about 8 lbs (3.5Kg). Using a package of 4Kg, Royal Mail Postage stamps Standard is £7.06 or Recorded is £8.96. Whereas the cheapest Parcel Force works out £12.50 for Express48. There is one on ebay which is very expensive, they are looking £45 + £25 postage. Other exhaust manifolds have sold priced £10-£25. There is one idiot who was looking £225 for one - must have been gold plated! So, Dave don't be too hard on me Tom
