I had the wooden shifter and later a leather one (both from a Mondeo)
 
They are not a straight swap however, and do need a bit of alteration. Nothing too drastic however and if I can find the photos I took I will put them up

Len, I just had a flashback and popped outside (in the rain)
 
I have one on a 24v i bought from Geoff (Thunderchild) that he had fitted to it.
 
I don't particularly like them.
 
You can have it for a bacon roll and a cup of T!  Grin
