Hi Guys, Can I replace a piston with a used one and if so does anyone have a spare for a 2.0L. Cheers Lee

No reason why you can't replace it with a used one so long as it is the same size. Pistons usually have a size marked on them - something like 'STD' , '+10' , '+20' and so on.

On the side of the head it say's Z19 with H2 underneath it and number 1 in the middle of the head if anyone has one going spare. Cheers Lee

Heya lee have a look at the latter rs2000 escort and early galaxy they used the 2.0 lump i think the 2.3 has the same piston but on a longer rod
