You may also want to know that rads from the other engines have been successfully used,with minor mods, on the 24v. Wink

I know I will annoy a few regulars on here asking dumb questions but I'd rather be sure.......the small pipe from the side of the cap on the expansion tank, it is just an overflow is it? It is not connected to anything other than the tank?

I now have a rad following great help from Marcello and Ren.  
I will fit the BMW stat as recommended but I wonder if I could avoid the modification if I was to use a flexi bottom hose?
