From your other post I assume the caliper carrier is the same for either size vented rear disc ?
I have a spare caliper carrier but I'm afraid I can't help you with the other bits !

Yes, Vented Caliper carrier is the same regardless of disc diameter, so pm me a price posted, I'll pm details now, and I can paypal you the money let me know how much
