Thank you so much for your help Mike. I sent a request to the provider: Regarding your Sierra Cosworth 2WD 108mm CV-joint. I got a recommendation from http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/, for this joint for use in my '98 Scorpio Cosworth. It's not the same finish number for the two cars, but they are both using 108mm cv-joints. The Scorp number is 6881729, while the Sierra is using 1493962. Do you have any idea if they mach? Anyway, do you ship to Norway? With regards! Jørgen

Jorgen. I have spoken to Duncan and he has no record of your message. He and I suggest you contact him direct and his e-mail is:- duncan@automotiveunlimited.co.uk . He is more than ready to assist but may need a little more help from you in order to make sure the part is correct for you. He is used to shipping to Norway. Good luck and let us know how you get on.

I have filed the details of this company for future reference. Duncan could not have been more helpful and may well be able to help any of us in the future.

Thank you so much Simmo, for your engagement on my behalf. I'll write Duncan by e-mail, and hope that I can be lucky enough to have a fitting joint here. I'll give you feeback. With regards! Jørgen Løvseth www.jorgen.tronderford.com

It took only six days for my order from Duncan, at Automotive Unlimited, until the joints arrived my home in Norway. Not bad! I was really excited to see if this was a match, if I could use the joints from Sierra RS Cosworth, 2WD in my Scorpio Cosworth. Well, they are not the same joints, but the diameter, the splines and the bolt holes are the same. The difference is the thickness of the ball housing. The Sierra-joint is 8mm wider than the Scorpio-joint, but it fits and works well. Here is the axle is mounted: The original bolts are too short now, with a thicker ball housing. I was happy when I saw that Duncan provided new bolts in the package, but they were also at 50mm length, the same as the originals. Here I've mounted the joints without the original twin-washers, with the original bolts, but I'll go to town tomorrow to find new 60mm bolts. Thank you so much for your support, and thanks to Duncan for being helpful. Jørgen

I chanced upon one whilst searching for something else so thought I'd add the details to this old post. SHAFTEC PJ89N Shows as fitting 24v on Ebay & Amazon. I used the smaller Shaftec on my old 2.3 without problems ( that was PJ11N)
