Tony. There are two types. One is angled and one is straight. Not an issue if you have long enough cable. Have you thought of using the current one and rewiring it?. IF you have enough wire attached to the plug you can solder a new length to it and heat shrink the cables to replace the insulation if it has gone right in to the connector?. You can also open up the plug to do a better job. Tony I have sent you an e-mail. This firm is great for heatshrink and other sleeving. This firm are also great for wiring and are very helpful if you have a query on the phone.
