Good morning all.  Tis a beautiful morning, going to be hot today.  Cool

A long shot:  I need 2 Header Tanks for my Cossie Estates, the ones that have 3 pipes.

Am I in luckHuh

I have a few header-tanks, but I think all are for 2.3.   I'd need a pic of the 24v one.

Thanks for your kind offer PJ.

Sorry for the delay in replying, I have been contemplating my options.  Following previous advice I am sure I could adapt a 2.3 Tank ok without causing damage. I know of a Co. in Wrexham that will happily make two Tanks in Aluminium for me if I send one for them to copy - can't do that at the moment as "The Beast" is having her wiring Loom done and I need one Cossie on the road.

The Cossie on the road has a bad leak in the Header Tank and just pushes the Coolant out once the engine is turned off.  Sooo, and this is a dreadful thing to do, I have stopped topping her up!!!  For three months now I have travelled a few thousand miles with her in this state and she has not overheated or shown any signs of overheating at all.

There is no Coolant in the Header Tank.  Amazingly, the Heater still works as it always has, depending on weather it is on an incline or a decline. I have done away with the A/C as the pump started to seize-up and as Carol can't stand Air Conditioning, dry throat and headache, I removed the Pump, on both Cossies.
