6.5J x 16H2 alloy wheel

Has anyone got a wheel available for sale to fit my '98 2.3 Ultima please? I had a minor disaster today when I took the car in for a slow puncture. A previous owner had fitted pressure sensor valves and the leak was coming from one of these. It was fitted so tightly that on trying to get it out the wheel cracked in two places around the valve, so I am now running on the steel 195 spare (the other wheels are 225/50). Thanks in advance

Is this a 12-spoke alloy ? Think I have 3 spare but they will need cleaning up & repainting or powder coating.
