the car is in very good condition, some spray paint 'touch up' and plastic bumper repairs for minor parking scrapes. First reg August 1998, It has had one previous owner (mine since Oct. 2002 ). Been totally reliable, no breakdowns, good tyres and wheels, new front discs and pads all round, and all filters, plugs and belt in June this year, new self levelling rear shocks 3 years ago, rear brake pipes only for this years MOT last week. ABS fault now fixed (dirty sensor plug/skt)...other than that, superb drive.

Thanks for your interest, probably the best way is to have a look at the 5 photos of the car on the Auto Trader website, if you search for the car at postcode NR28 9DU you should find it OK. I was hoping for £1650 but will take offers (especially from a Scorpio enthusiast)as I don't have space for two.....

CAR NOW SOLD..... I've just been looking at the Mondeo forum to get some idea what I might expect if I get any problems.... it's not a patch on our excellent Scorpio site....
and it seems that I can expect auto gearbox problems at around 70K miles...... the old Scorpio is still VEEEERRRY Smooooooth at 131K.... have I made a good move?!
