96 Scorpio Estate 12v

I am selling my scorpio as I am never going to get the time to fix the two problems it has that caused it to fail the MOT.
Its a 1996 Black Scorpio 2.9 12v Ultima.
67k on the clock, it was originally owned by a local funeral directors so I guess this accounts for the low milage. I have no reason to doubt it.
The good points
Gearbox works, I had problems but they turnd out to be due to my local Ford dealership not putting enough fluid in after a service.
All the toys such as Air con, windows, sunroof, courtesy lights all work. and it comes with the Ford stereo and CD changer.
Still has tax until end of March.
Had new front disks and pads and stuspension bushes last April. Also got new Pirelli P6000s all round at the same time.
Bad Points
Erm,, No MOT Failed on CO Emmisions at Idle and power steering gaitors are leaking.
It passed everything else.
Damaged rear bumper where some cretin hit it in a car park.
Engine is oily, but I have never had to top it up between changes.
Front heated window works, but not very well. Remotes don't work (of course) (still have the red key)
Fuse box got wet on new years eve, and I had to dry it out. (it has the battary cover)
The car drives lovely and smooth and I know I will hate whatever tin can replaces it. The car is not MOTd but still drives.

I'm in Northampton.
I think the car had raven cloth seats when new and the funeral directors must have had them re-upholstered to match the rest of the fleet.
