1996 2.3 Ultima Estate

Well the wifes estate failed the MOT today due to corrosion around the nearside rear suspension, and corrosion around the offside seat belt anchorage. £300 - £400 to put it right apparently and as I can't weld and don't know anyone who can and she is not willing to part with that much money to fix it the car must go. 
It is 96 2.3 Ultima Estate in tourmallard green, it has the usual rust around the arches, a few small car park dings in the doors and cracked bumpers.
Everything else on the car is in good working order, all electrics work as they should and the car runs lovely.
The only noteable fault I've noticed with the car is the blower whines when you turn right.
We are located in Northamptonshire, about 5 miles from Silverstone if anybody is interested at all.
