2.0 16v Ultima 1995 "M"

It pains me to do it, but im selling my scorpio..
Shes an M registered, 2.0 16v manual with black leather finished in metalic red (as per my profile picture)
156,000 on the clock and going strong, 8 months mot 2 months tax, recent new tyres, cat converter, exhaust and many other parts. 5 alloy wheels all matching.
Suffering slightly from rust on the back arches and does need a new windscreen as the crack is getting bigger and bigger  also has slightly noisy powersteering on full lock. Everything works inside but the climate control is a little tempremental and the rearview has been disconected.
Im looking for reasonable offers around the £350 mark?
