R reg 2.3 manual estate

I bought this car in January after the owner had just put 2 new rear shocks on for the MOT.
As soon as I got it I replaced the clutch as it was slipping and this weekend I have just replaced the thrust bearing because I thought that it had gone but it had not and still has a noisy gearbox in the low gears that points to a bearing in the gearbox going.
It has MOT until January 2008 and is taxed until July 2008 and that could stay with the car if I am offered the right price.
It is a very nice car to drive and goes realy well, it has all leather interior and I like it but don't want to go to the bother of taking the gearbox out again as I have done it twice already.
If anyone is interested then please let me know and we can discuss the price etc.
