1998 2.3 estate face lift

gotta shift my estate 2.3 ghia (R plate) quick
its on a sorn and has no mot
selling as a spares or repair and will need trailering away
120,000 miles
very good engine, uses 2.0 ali intake system converted by myself, can be heard running exhaust manifold in good nick
had new head gasket and all seals/gaskets replaced when i did the convo aprox 2000 miles ago
its got new disks and pads on the front, rears disks/pads/callipers have been removed
auto box playes up, power steering leaks and it will need a new inner cv joint
facelift front bumper (cracked) rear bumper has small crack, headlight and grill in ash black raven interiour in good nick
no rust and no dents, 12 spoke wheels needing new tyres
I dont have the time/money/space to put her right so £150 or it gets weighed in
