95 Ultima TD estate for repair

163K miles, body dinged in various places but generally rust free. Velour interior in good shape. S/Steel exhaust! Engine, brakes, electrics etc all OK.
Problems - diesel tank leak from upper part somewhere. Possible slight coolant leak, from pump I think. 1 tyre looses pressure.
Taxed until 30 Nov, Mot 26 April. Major welding work done 2 years ago.
