2.9 12v n reg ultima spares or repair

Hi Everyone
I have the above Ultima, I have spent over £800 within the last year, on:
Wishbones
Bushes
Air filter
Air control valve
Fuel pressure valve
2 X New tyres
New brake pads all round
New discs on front
New Radiator
and other things which i can not remember,
She has done 72000 miles
She runs lovely and gearbox etc is all in good condition,
Yesterday some p**t decides to run into the passengers side front wing, damage is repairable then after a few swear words at the driver after finding out she was also uninsured i went indoors after being told she will pay for the repairs. I then got into the car this morning to notice that the unit that holds indicators, hazzards etc is twisted about 30 degrees to the left! I spoke to a friend of mine who is a mechanic and was told the rack mat have been twisted as when i parked the wheels were showing outwards and she must have hit hit causeing the damage! The car still runs lovely and seems to drive in a straight line but i have now had enougth and am selling spares or repair.
