When you say MOT'd May do you mean next month or May 2010? I wouldnt go near a car with just a months MOT left on it.

Adam. It looks nearly as shiny as a Scorp GOZZ.

'nearly' makes a significant difference although it is a nice car, waaay under-equipped for me but overall I like Saabs

Very well built saabs, as my mate found out when he rolled his (same model), it let go at the rear on a greasy road sending him into a hedge row, tearing the front off and rolling twice before it came to a rest on its side, but amazingly he got out under his own steam with nothing more then a bump on the head where the roof had deformed slightly, all doors, boot and bonnet still opened and the interior/passenger compartment hadnt moved/broke etc at all might help to post on the saab forum, and give an indication of price

these are great cars. Probably this is the last real Saab, i'm pretty sure that this is the last model with Saab's own engine, although it was made few years after Saab was bought by General Motors it was some time after 1997 when they stopped Saab from producing engines... correct me if I'm wrong...

| I personally never consider cars without leather seats and auto gearbox so it's not for me, even to buy as a second car, as I'd never swap my Scorpio for it but need a second vehicle since we've lost a company car due to company's cost cutting politics

Well change of plan. Today I bought a mint 2.3 scorp it drives perfect and fully loaded but not as much fun to drive as. The saab. So I'm keeping it for my daily runner and the scorp will be the family car and at least I will have the saab when the scorp goes wrong
