1998 2.3 Ghia X Estate LPG Auto

Hi all,
I have just had the bad news that my beloved Scorp has failed its MOT. Its not a valid repair for me, no time, and need something to use now. Also some of the parts required seem difficult to obtain, therefor I'm putting the car up for sale either for repair or spares.
It is metallic silver estate with black leather trim, auto, and a nice set of alloy's. It has air con, sun roof, CD player etc...., and a tortalini LPG conversion with gas tank situated in spare wheel well. (It has to be said that this system could do with a service, but it was fitted brand new 2.5 years ago).
Its condition is generally good and tidy. It has 116000 miles on the clock and was in daily use until Mot failure.
There is some very minor body damage to the nearside front bumper/wheel arch which could be sorted very easy, although both the rear wheel arch's are starting to corrode, the nearside being the worst.
The Mot failure was for, and quoted from the failure certificate;
1/ Offside front brake pipe excessively corroded.
2/ Nearside (outer sill) seat belt anchorage prescribed area is excessively corroded.
3/ Parking brake efficiency below requirements.
4/ Front brake application uneven.
