Good price for good home for my 89 2L Auto

Hi all
My '89 dark blue Scorpio (full spec) may reluctantly have to go - 156k on the clock - with a reconditioned gearbox that's run for only 3k from Total Transmissions, London (they deal in London Taxi gearboxes) and new drive plate that's run for <1k. New tyres on rear. Replaced defunct window switches Needs new manifold & bushes.
Let me know if you're interested or interested in - eek - the gearbox or any other parts. Shame to break it up. I love the car but don't use it right now & it has to move from it's current parking spot.
I'm in London and the car's in West Sussex fyi

Neither MOT or Tax - parked it up to deal with the manifold and hence current situation - . Body's sound with minimal rust.
I know you should know better but £350 to a good home and you probably won't regret
