Hi all, That's my car. I was just coming on here to draw your attention to it but you've beaten me to it. It has a few dents and scrapes and other issues - all covered in the Ebay listing. My thinking was that it might suit the sort of enthusiast who would come on this forum, who might be the sort of person to tackle those jobs themselves to keep costs down. But other than those issues, I do believe it's a lovely car and someone on here might enjoy having it. For myself it's not practical enough (I need an estate) or economical enough. But if I can't get a few hundred for it I'll probably end up keeping it for spare/emergency use. Any questions, comments, suggestions etc - do get in touch. John

Hello John and welcome i think it will sell, if i were you I'd stick "Recaro Interior" on your title though, it will generate a LOT more interest in people after the seats/interior The Recaro interior came with the Sport pack option along with the half wood steering wheel which is also a popular accessory.

Stuart, if we bought this car, I'll find time to go and collect it, I'll bring it back to yours for storage, I'll take the steel wheels, the boot carpet, autobox radiator, headlight washers, and a couple of other little trinkets, I would also like the autobox as a spare in case mine finally goes, and you can keep the rest! What do you think? I'm still waiting for a reply when you're coming up and collecting this blasted new engine from me? Peter

Hello Highlander (Stuart?) Thanks for the welcome and the advice. I've added a note about the Recaro interior to my Ebay listing, although it doesn't seem to be possible to change the title. Peter, if you do decide to go for it and you win the auction, there would be no pressure on you to collect it immediately, so you could do it at your convenience (within reason!). Seems a bit of a shame for the car to be cannibalized for bits, but if that's the way it goes, so be it Cheers, John
