24v Ultima facelift

After my posts the other day had radiator fitted it lasted 5 days.

I can't afford to throw any more money at the car.Have spent £600 in last month and have no more left.  Hence it's now for sale.

It's a 98 facelift in metalic blue. Mileage 138000. Has had cats changed recently and front brake pads.

I love this car but to be honest there is quite a bit wrong with it so I would suggest it be bought for parts. Or is bought by someone a lot more mechanically minded than me who can give it the TLC it deserves.

Known faults are :

A/C compressor seized
Damaged Front bumper
Slight rust on O/S wheel arch and under sill
Burst radiator
Possible air leak on vacuum pipes
dodgy ABS connector under front wheel arch
Failed MOT on emissions hence cats replaced.

Any sensible offers considered

Thats a shame  Embarassed , thanks for letting me know. I am still on the look out for a 24v as a toy car, not too fussed on the condition as long as it runs..

Hi Danny. Selling my '95 24V Cosworth if you are still looking. Have to say though, it is not an old banger! THE ONLY PROBLEM IS A FAULT IN THE LOOM WHICH IS CAUSING IT TO RUN ON 5 CYLINDERS. Everything else is as it should be. Bodywork good, interior immaculate. Just had new tyres all round, new discs and pads on the front (rear pads renewed about 9 mths ago), new radiator, new anti-roll bar bushes etc etc. It is taxed until next March and MOT to Sept 2011. You can mail me on jenkins.howell@gmail.com for any more info. Cheers. Howell.
