Fom what I can understand from a scorpio owner I met today, Rob P22 RAF, who recently purchased his new ride from Spikie, is he's having a clear out to make some room. He is having new wheel fitting equipment installed in one of his barns and other stuff as well. I understand he is finding business a bit tough at the moment but his prices, as some of you know, are a bit high, but for all intents and purposes, he is staying put.

Not being one to have a 'dig', or 'twist a knife', but the last purchase I made from him was an ABS Controller, which he assured me was tested and working. I can't remember how much he charged, but when I received it (well-packed) I mounted it on the car and was still getting the dreaded light. I then took the wise option of sending it to our 'local' expert Tomp' who then informed me after a few days it had the naughty 1095 code. It was expertly repaired and returned by this fellow, and now works! I didn't bother contacting the original supply, but will be wary in future.

I was over at Spikies a couple of days ago (he's only a few hundred yards from where I live) & I can assure everyone that he is still in business
Steve now has a tyre fitting bay with a fitting machine & wheel balancing machine (had a couple of tyres from him recently) & he's as good as any other local tyre fitter.
He's got a lot of Scorpios (10 plus) that are too good to break, so that's probably why he is mass selling
