Gone! What a fabulous car that was, i paid 1300 six years ago, works out at 200 per year, did a lot of miles, i think that was the most comfortable scorp i ever had! softer springs i think, or maybe 65 profile tyres, i shall miss that one, but thankfully iv'e got a 2-9 to take it's place, with only 80k on the clock! so should be happy!

Cor-Blimey. 65 Aspect-Ratio! Was that on a set of 12 spokes? I was going to up mine to 55 Aspect-Ratio, and was feert it would make the car a bit 'wandery'! (I like the corners!) I remember my first summer job as a Tyre-Fitter with 'Woolco' in Livingston. They sent me to Dunlop to do a few courses on tyres, it was a great laugh, and you always come home stinking of rubber no-matter how many times you showered! In those days if a tyre was just a plain. 175x13 it had an aspect ratio of 82, that was standard. But then came the 185/70 x13.....WoW, that was the new 'Low-Profile' tyres with a 70 aspect ratio. If anyone had said to me then that tyres would go as low as 40 aspect ratio I'd have laughed and talked about rubber-bands!!! And yet here we are....
