Hello Pete

I used to be able to get side menus, but then one day they just vanished!!!I run Windows XP professional, but i don't know which Java i run (if someone can tell me where to look?),but i would imagine it's a pretty recent version.

to see which version of ...Java' you are running.. open Internet explorer and go too ' tools'......'Internet options'....General  ...... In there is a heading Temporary Internet files go to 'Settings' then 'view objects'    Set the view of that folder to 'details' and there at the end of the list is the version of JAVA that you are running.....

To find out which verion of Internet explorer you are running go to Help and then 'about internet explorer the version will be displayed along with all the update info.....

Hope that helps

Hi Guys

I had the very same prob with the side menu's, couldn't get them for ages then finally worked it out to be my anti virus software and the cookies and temp internet files all rolled into one.  I solved it by deleting all cookies and every single temp internet file i could find, then rebooted PC, then before i reconnected to internet had to disable Norton Anti Virus, i then downloaded Internet explorer 6 update from Microsoft website and also downloaded Microsoft VM and a couple of other updates, then installed them then logged on to Scorpio site and hey presto side menu's appeared, so my advice would be follow what i did and it might work for you too.

Good luck everyone
